Warranty & Return

Our warranty policy offers a complete satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied or change your mind, please contact us within 30days from the date you receipt the item/s. We will happily refund you your purchase price of the item. However, it is your duty to pay for shipment of your item back to us. Returned item needs to be in original, unused, sale-able condition and in the original packaging. Once the goods are received by us, we will immediately process your refund.

If the item is manufacture faulty or if we sent a wrong item, we will recover and pay the return shipping for the replacement of your ordered item/s. Returned item needs to be in original, unused, re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Warranty claims will only be considered where the goods have not been misused.

Warranty cover does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons).

The expense of claiming the warranty (if any) will be borne by the consumer.
